The National Pollution Funds Center is committed to providing secure, efficient service to its customers. To that end, NPFC is in the process of developing several Web-based applications to enable anyone with Internet access to conduct business with NPFC at their own convenience.
The list below describes applications NPFC already provides. In addition, NPFC is planning several future initiatives to enhance its customer service.
CANAPS
Federal OSCs can use this system to generate, amend, cancel, and check the status of FPNs for oil spills. CG OSCs can also use the system to generate, amend, cancel, and check the status of CPNs for hazmat incidents.
E-COFR
General public can apply for a certificate of a financial responsibility and pay fees. Search for vessels and COFR status information. Find useful forms and regulations.
Natural Resources Damage (NRD) Claims
Government trustees can submit NRD relates claims or Initiates agreements.
